Terms & Conditions

Nuyis Gas, available at https://www.nuyisgas.app, lets you buy native blockchain gas (for example BNB, ETH, SOL, TRX, TON, POL, CORE) and have it delivered to a wallet address you provide.

Nuyis Gas is not an exchange, a broker, a wallet provider or an investment service. We do not offer trading, custody of your funds, or financial advice.

You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

You sign in with your email address or username together with your password.

We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, or anything unlawful.

The price shown when you place an order includes the gas amount plus our service fee. That price is fixed for the order once it is created.

Every order is tied to the wallet address you enter. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, so you must check that address carefully. We are not responsible for gas delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.

An unpaid order may simply be left unpaid or cancelled. Once payment is confirmed and gas is sent, the order cannot be reversed.

Payments are made in Nigerian Naira by card payment or bank transfer to the account details shown on your own order page.

For bank transfers, gas is delivered only after we verify your payment. If a payment cannot be verified, it is rejected and the reason is shown on your order.

Only pay to the account details shown on your order inside the app. We will never ask you to pay elsewhere.

Gas is sent from our own wallets once your payment is confirmed. Your order page shows the progress and the transaction hash once gas has been sent.

If an order fails after payment and no gas was delivered, contact support and we will refund the amount you paid to the account it came from.

Blockchain congestion or network downtime may delay delivery. We do not guarantee a delivery time.

Do not use Nuyis Gas for money laundering, sanctioned activity, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.

Do not attempt to attack, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

We never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who does is not us.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for losses caused by wrong wallet addresses, blockchain failures, or third-party payment providers.

We may update these terms. The current version always appears on this page, and continuing to use Nuyis Gas means you accept the updated version.
